Is Jungfrau Travel Pass refundable if canceled?

    I am about to purchase (2) 3 day Jungfrau Travel Passes for a trip in September. I have looked at all of their literature and I cannot find their policy about refunds. If I cancel my trip, will they reimburse me for the cost?

    Hi Joejax,

    Yes, the Jungfrau Travel Pass is refundable normally. But you’ll have to check with the web shop you rare buying from to be sure about the exact conditions. GetYourGuide, for example, gives a full refund if you cancel until 24 hours before the pass start date: https://www.getyourguide.com.
