    Hi

I Booked my Europe flights etc last Sep for travel in April and now I am so disheartened at the thought that I might have to cancel my travel plans due to the coronavirus.

I tried to search the forum but not able to find info. I got my 4 day STP from the official SBB site. How do I request for refund sitting in Australia, my home country. What is the process for the refund? Can someone please help me or point me to the links or in the right direction!

    Many Thanks

    Lisha Sanjay

    Hi Lisha,

I understand your concerns and it’s disappointing indeed! Personally I wouldn’t cancel just yet. There are no travel bans in Switzerland, and everything apart from large events goes on as usual. Please see http://www.myswissalps.com/forum/topic/does-the-corona-virus-affect-trips-to-switzerland. The number of patients in Switzerland and Australia is about the same.

How to contact the SBB tourist web shop can be found here: http://www.myswissalps.com/aboutus/partners/sbb. Normally there’s a 85% refund if you cancel before the start date of the pass.
