    Dear Arno and Annika,

Greetings! I hope all is well at your end.

Me and my family are planning to spend our holidays in the last week of June 2015 in Interlaken and visit Kleine Scheidegg . This is actually our 2nd time visit, we really had a wonderful experience last April 2010. We experienced the cool weather and fresh snow. Now I wonder, if we go there by June, will there be snow at Kleine Scheidegg at that time? My 4 sons really like to experience the snow. Mentioning that my children (ages 10,7,4 and 2) will travel with us, I appreciate if you could give me any heads up for our Swiss trip that could help us in making our itinerary more fun and memorable.

Before arriving in Switzerland, we will depart from Paris to Interlaken by train then after 3 days we will leave Interlaken to go to Geneva for an overnight and day tour then travel back home.

    Warm regards,

    Kuh

    Hello Kuh,

Thanks for joining us! There won’t be snow on Kleine Scheidegg in late June. At least, it’s not to be expected. Weatherwise, anything can happen in the mountains, but you should not count on it. Jungfraujoch is the place to be for snow in Summer. You can take your children there for free with the Swiss Family Card, if the parents have a rail pass.
