Jungfraujoch Top of Europe from Bern or Lucerne?

    We will be staying in Lucern for 3 days and Bern for 4 days. We have the Swiss Travel pass and we are wondering is it better to visit Jungfraujoch from Bern or Lucern? We are extremely flexible and just don’t know which city would be better to depart from…

    Hi JHStubbs,

    It is a little quicker to get to Jungfraujoch from Bern (3 compared to 4 hours generally). http://www.myswissalps.com/ti metable

    Otherwise costs are the same for the trip (Your Swiss Travel Pass gets you free travel from either town as far as Wengen or Grindelwald). http://www.myswissalps.com/sw isstravelpass/validity
