Hello Shanker. Although I don't know much details about both places, my personal preference would be Küssnacht, as it's closer to the Swiss Alps and along the beautiful Lake Lucerne. If you want to make trips to other parts of Switzerland, it's located more centrally too, as Konstanz is at the northern Swiss-German border. Which town is better in terms of cost and time depends on your other plans.
