Hello Every one,

At Zurich HBF is there any service provided to keep your luggage there for a short period of time, any locker or luggage keeping service of course after some payment.

My Zurich arrival is on 24th Dec on x mas eve, so switzerland/zurich is open publicly on 24th Dec or its public holiday there?

There is plenty of left luggage provision at Zurich HB.

Public holidays in Switzerland reflect the federal organisation of the country so holidays vary from Canton to Canton, but Christmas Eve is a normal day in Zurich area, but like most European countries shop times etc might vary from their norm schedules

There is also a “left luggage ” office.

Thanks 1960man & Slowpoke for the replies.

My arrival in Zurich HBF would be 9:00 AM on 24th Dec. In Berlin 24th is official Half working day and i suppose may be in Zurich would also because of Christmas Eve.

Hi Naeem,

There are plenty of luggage storage lockers at the Zurich main station and they are accessible any time of the day. The shops at the main station are open all year including on public holidays.
