You’ve been so helpful so far, why stop now…we will be travelling, with Swiss pass, from Lucerne to Murren, June 15, by train. As most of our other travel days, I’ve left time to potentially stop off for a few hours before arriving at our next stop, Murren in this case. And with so many choices, and we know we can’t see everything this trip, I’m looking at: (weather dependant)

    Getting off train at:

    Meiringen – Aare Gorge/Reichenbach Falls – is this do-able for a 3-4 hour stop?

    or

Brienz – Geissbach falls and cruise to Interlaken Ost for train to Laurterbrunnen.

    or

a few hours at Aare Gorge, then when we arrive in Lauterbrunnen, visit Trummelbach Falls, then to Murren.

We don’t have a set time we need to be in Murren, we just like keeping our travel days more casual and arriving for dinner at a reasonable time, so we can also explore the area a bit too. We’re in to the outdoors (obviously) Hiking, Wandering, Exploring, Food!!, Mountain Biking (Unfortunately, not on this trip though)

    Thanks again

    Ken
