Montreux accomodations

Hello! We will be in Montreux for one night and would like to stay in a convenient Inn, B and B or Hotel that is near shopping and restaurants and lakeside strolling and of course Chillon. We have offers for more expensive rooms in Grand Hotel Excelsior, and lakeside rooms at Splendid. Tralala is also available.
Does anyone have experience with any of these places and their locations or can recommend some smaller inns in a central location? Thank you!

Hi Vlasta. Unfortunately, I don't have personal experience with accommodation in Montreux. Most internet pages provide enough information to make a good decision though. You could take a look at Hotel.info's offer in Montreux. The hotels can be reviewed on a map, so that you're able to decide if its location suits you. Information on rooms and prices and reviews from other guests are available as well.
