    Hello,

We want to travel to Mount Rigi on December 3 2019.

Will all the attraction be available on this date? (boat, cogwheel train, cable car)

How time do you think this trip will take :

boat from Lucerne to Vitznau , then the cog train from Vitznau to Rigi Kulm. Then going down by cable car, and back to Lucerne by bus\ tram.

    thank you very much!

Yes, you will be able to visit Mount Rigi on the 3rd of December, as all the transportation runs throughout the year. See below link for details:

Personally I would take the Rigi trains both up and down, so that from Vitznau you would be on the VRB (red) train, then from Rigi Kulm you would take the ARB (blue) train down to Arth Goldau and connect into a train back to Luzern.

It is more pleasant IMO than the cable car to Weggis, walk/bus etc back to Luzern (the cable car station at Weggis is up the hill from the boat station and bus stop.
