Mt. Titlis from Interlaken or Lucerne?

I'm confuse. I plan to catch the cable car to Mt Titlis but where is Mt Titlis really located? Interlaken or Lucerene?
The blog claims that it is at Interlaken but Lucerene tourism website claims that it is at Lucerne.

Hi Bill,

The Titlis is closer to Lucerne than to Interlaken. Please fill out "Kleintitlis" as your destination in the timetable to see how to get there.

According the SBB timetable from Lucerne to Kleintitlis, there is a 15 min walk from Engelberg to Engelberg BET, are they within the same building?

No, it's a short walk across a few streets.
