Mürren-Gimmelwald and Gornergrat-Riffelsee in May

Hi,
I'm planning to hike from Mürren to Gimmelwald on May 4th and Gornergrat to Riffelsee on May 5th. Will both trails already open on those days? Or how can I check it?

And another question is there trail to Riffelsee lake available? I saw the picture and I really would like to see it!

Hi Witchapas! Whether the trails are already open, depends on weather circumstances and snow at these altitudes. You can best ask the local tourist offices in Mürren and Zermatt once you're there. Webcams and weather forecasts may give an impression too.

There are trails to the Riffelsee indeed, such as this hike from Rotenboden to Riffelalp.
