Need hiking advise Jungfrau region

Hello

I would be to know which of the following is easier and in which I can expect to meet more people as I hike alone and prefer more people around:

- First - Gross Schidegg

- schynige platte panorama trail

I am relating to end of August and will be with Hiking Shoes and Trekking Poles.

Both will have lots of hikers.

The Schynige Platte to First trail is longer and more difficult, so it may be less populated.
