November itinerary are we on track?

We eagerly await the regular updates, sensing your passion for Switzerland.

We are a couple, not so young but active. We have 13 nights in Switzerland from late November. Not ideal time but we are sure we will have a good experience.

The links you provide are very useful. We have noted that the Glacier Express & the Bernina Express bus aren't operating in our time frame.

We are asking please for some advice on our basic itinerary - overnight stops & transport.

We haven't added in experiences & excursions to this itinerary.

Indeed November isn't the best time, but if the weather cooperates a bit you can sure have a wonderful time. It's very important to check the timetable for all your trips. Both itineraries would work, although I don't understand the option "Bernina Express to Pontresina - Pontresina to Lugano (train & PostBus)" under itinerary 2. I would recommend to avoid 1 night stays to have more quality time in other towns. So in itinerary 1 you could skip the nights in Bern and Lugano and add those to Lucerne, Montreux and Interlaken as there are many things to do and see in those areas. Bern is an easy day trip from Lucerne or Interlaken. No need to spend one night there.
