Nuremberg to Zurich with Swiss Travel Pass

    To travel from Nuremberg to Zurich using the Swiss Travel Pass, I would have to pay for the leg from Nuremberg to what city in Switzerland?

    Schaffhausen.

    The most expedient way to travel Nürnberg to Zürich is with just one change of train at Stuttgart. From Stuttgart you will already be on a train with Swiss cars, but the border lies between Singen and Schaffhausen.

    Hi Judy,

    Don’t waste a day off a Swiss Travel Pass for the Swiss leg.

    Get a cheap ticket from http://www.bahn.com/en/view/i ndex.shtml. You can cover the entire Nuremberg to Zurich trip for around €25.
