On line delivery of Swiss Travel Pass Flex Combi

This is got to be the stupidest question of all but I am completely frustrated with touring the Swiss sites. I am trying to buy the Swiss Travel Pass Flexi Combo through the Swiss Rail Ticket Office site and they say in the intro that I can get it delivered on line, but when I get into the ordering process there doesn't seem to be a way to arrange on line delivery. Please, what am I doing wrong?

It's not a stupid question and you're doing nothing wrong. The Swiss Travel Pass Flex Combi is not available as print at home pass. The Swiss Travel Pass and some others can be printed at home, but this one not yet.

As you live in Canada, you can order one through www.swissrailways.com/ en (self validation, so no time lost upon arrival) or www.raileurope.ca/rail -tickets-passes/swiss-travel-pass-flex-with-half-fare-card-combi/index.html (free delivery on orders from CAD 449).
