Hello,

I noticed the Peak2Peak ticket that allows you to go up to Glacier Paradise and then to Riffelberg -> Gornergrat and back to Zermatt. Price is 129 for an adult at the time I’m in Zermatt, so it’s a good price.

But I would also like to hike Rotenboden -> Riffelberg.

Would it be possible for me, with this kind of ticket, to stop at Rotenboden after Gornergrat, walk to Riffelberg, and then take the train down to Zermatt? Without any extra costs.

Before I’m deciding to go with the Peak2Peak or just Gornergrat, would you say that going to Glacier Paradise is a “must do” experience when you are in Zermatt? I’m only interested in that part for the views 🙂
