Planning the Glacier Express from Zurich

    Hi,

    Question 1: I am planning to get on the Glacier express in Brig by traveling from Zurich. I have the Swiss pass but haven’t yet got the seat reservations on the Gl Ex yet. Would I be able to do it at Brig? Also, I have child who is 12 years. I believe I would have to buy a seat reservation for her as well. Is that correct?

    Question 2: Does i have to pay for my child (I have Swiss family pass) on the cog wheel to Jungfrau?

    If somebody could answer, I would appreciate it.

    Hi Mukund, thanks for your first post here,

    1. Yes, you can board in Brig. You need seat reservations for all travelers including children. Please see:

    2. No, you do not need a ticket for the child.
