Problems getting Chocolate Train tickets

Hi all
i just made a reservation on the Chocolate Train for two seats and paid CHF 138 (CHF 69 per seat, as we have the Swiss Travel Pass, 2nd class).
The amount has been charged to my credit card but I haven’t received any PDF tickets or any confirmation. When I login to my account on the website, it shows the day and time and a PDF icon, but clicking on it doesn’t do anything. So essentially I have no tickets as proof for my journey.
I have written to the website from their online form at http://www.goldenpass.ch/en/h ome/contact/index, but haven’t received any reply. I have also emailed to them at info@goldenpass.ch but no reply still.
Can someone please help advise how to get in touch with the company?
