    Hi

I am planning to travel to Mt Pilatus from Lucerne on the 13-11, I read information regarding the cable car and gondola is not available on that day. Can someone please confirm that?

If this is the case, does it mean I have to travel from Alpnachstad to Mt Pilatus and back?

Finally, will I be able to get a ticket for the clogwheel train on the day or It is better off to buy the ticket in advance?

    Thank you

    Hi Darwin,

You can check out the timetable and schedule for the cable car and gondola up to Mt. Pilatus here:

    http://www.pilatus.ch/en/rail way-cableways/timetable/

The Gondolas and aerial cableway service is closed for maintenance from 24 October to 11 November 2016. Since it will be reopen on the 12 November, you should be able to travel up Pilatus using the gondola on the 13 November.

    Hope this helped!
