Recommended seating on Golden Pass

Is there a recommended side of the Golden Pass train to sit on in order to get the best view, particularly on the journey from Zweisimmen to Montreux? Is it better on the right side of the train or the left or is it equally spectacular? What about the trains from Lucerne and then Interlakken?

Hi CDJr,

Between Zweisimmen and Montreux I would pick the left side of the train. Between Interlaken and Zweisimmen probably the right side (at least for the first part along the lake), and between Lucerne and Interlaken the right side too.
