Hi,

Please advise if Travel Pass and any train tickets to Jungfura/Titlis are refundable, in event of any change/cancel in plan ?

Are there any specific sites from where such passes and tickets are available?

Hello Ashish,

Normally, nor rail passes, nor regular tickets are refundable in Switzerland.

Apparently sometimes it is possible to change a Jungfrau ticket to an open dated ticket, but this is the exception and can only happen, if, after the purchase in direct contact with the company.

However, it’s not really necessary to purchase the mountain tickets in advance, you can always do so once you know the weather will be in your favour, on site or online upon arrival:
