Reservations for trains to Pilatus, Rigi?

We will be traveling between June 27 and July 5. We want to go to Mt. Pilatus on the Golden route plus Mt. Rigi and Jungfraujoch. We'd prefer to time our excursions based on the weather but are unsure if we need to book these excursions ahead of time. We will have Swiss Rail passes.
