Restaurant recommendations: Zermatt & Mürren

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone might be able to make a couple restaurant recommendations. We're looking for something non touristy, more on the authentic side. Not looking for fancy, we tend to like more of the rustic style. We will be staying in Zermatt a few days and then on to Murren for a few days (we will be exploring the Jungfrau region while in Murren).

In Zermatt, I can especially recommend the restaurant Walliserstube if you are looking for an overly touristy restaurant. This restaurant is also a little further from the centre of the village and offers good cuisine at normal prices.
