Should I take a break at Zweisimmen?

I plan to take the GoldenPass train route from Montreux to Lucerne.

Is it worth taking a break at Zweisimmen for an hour or two or should I continue to Interlaken Ost immediately (looks like there is a 7-minute interval for change of trains)?

Hi Murty,

Zweisimmen is a nice small town. A good place for lunch, but there are no sightseeing opportunities that I know of. If the weather is good you could take the gondola up to the Rinderberg (open to till October 11).
