Any recommendation on SIM card for my cell phone. I have Samsung Galaxy S9 phone (nano-SIM) using Verizon service in US. I would think I can just purchase a SIM card to my phone to use in Switzerland.

I can find the prepaid SIM card providers in Switzerland:

    prepaid-data-sim-card.wikia.com/wiki/Sw itzerland

Both Swisscom and Sunrise have the same rate for prepaid SIM card and available for mini-, micro- and nano-SIMs. Starter pack costs CHF 19.90 and has CHF 20. don’t know the detail coverage of the starter pack.

Any advice or tips on SIM cards for visitors?

    Thanks.

    Hi Ning

I think that the days are long past when Verizon phones used a different signal system that would not work in Europe even if you got a sim card..

But , I’d ask Verizon. They may have service that you can turn on for Europe, or it may already be built in.

    This also may be helpful.
