Snow jackets for rent on Jungfraujoch?

    Are snow jackets available on rent in the Jungfrau glacier region?

    Hi Tanima,

    I don’t believe there are any rentals at the top of Jungfraujoch no. There are some ski rental shops in Interlaken who might be able to rent a snow jacket to you. https://www.outdoor-interlaken.ch/en/winte r/rentals

    If you are traveling in May I think you can get away without a snow jacket (unless you are planning on playing in the snow a lot! Mostly if you wear layers you should be fine. shirts, sweaters and a rain proof or wind proof jacket should be sufficient in late May – the temperature of course can vary wildly but somewhere around 0 degrees is probable at that time of year (perhaps as an Australian that is terrifyingly cold though?! 🙂
