Swiss Travel Pass 1st or 2nd class in August?

    I am coming 7 August and am wondering, since this is a peak travel month, should I purchase a first class Swiss travel pass?

    This page may help you to decide: http://www.myswissalps.com/tr ain/practical/2nd1stcl ass. Most people pick 2nd, but of course 1st is very nice if you don’t mind the extra costs. August is indeed high season. But on the other hand a lot of Swiss people enjoy their holidays too, so rush hours might be less crowded while mountain trips (no 1st class there) are more crowded. It’s really a personal decision.
