As far as I can see your questions about Rail Passes have allready been answered.
Maybe your question is about where to stay, where to go and what to do. When you start preparing an itinerary it would be helpful to decide about things like:
- do we want to stay in and explore one region of Switzerland, or do we want to cover a lot of the country
- do we like to visit cities
- are we interested in mountain hikes, boat trips on lakes, visit highlights, etc.
