I have a specific query.. Can I book it online and collect it from Zurich station?? If possible, from which option in the given link?

Further, I want 15 days flex pass, will that is also possible by this arrangement?

Hi Khushi,

Yes, that is possible. Please go to http://www.swissrailways.com/ en and click to the Swiss Travel Pass Flex. Select the duration (15 days) and fill out the travelers. After filling out your address you’ll be asked for your shipping preference, and airport collection is one of the options. You can also have it sent to your hotel in Switzerland if that’s more convenient. That option is cheaper.

Thanks a ton! I checked the link and did see airport collection with a 15CHF fee. Though I do not mind the charges, I can only select from 26May onwards while I arrive on 24 may.

Guess I would have to buy when I land at Zurich.

You’re welcome! I didn’t realize you’re that close to your travel date. Indeed it’s too late to buy online as they need some time to process orders. You will need to buy it upon arrival if the staffed ticket desk is open then. If you arrive late, then buy the pass the next day.

Hi, I was told by my Travel Agent that I could not purchase a Swiss Travel Pass Flexi in Switzerland. I have to purchase it before I depart here. Is that correct?

Hi kriseyre,

Yes, you can buy it in Switzerland but you can also order the Swiss Travel Pass Flex online here. It isn’t available as an E-ticket though so you need to get the ticket shipped to your home address (or to your hotel in Switzerland). Through http://www.happyrail.com/en/p ass/europe/switzerland /swiss-travel-pass-flex, shipping is free to Switzerland and to your country Australia as well.
