Swiss Travel Pass Flex Combi to Jungfraujoch

We are 2 adult travelling from Malaysia, just want to clarify do we still get the half fare price for the Jungfraujoch route if we do not active the the pass on the selected date we visiting? For example we traveling to Grindelwald as our destination on the selected date and we are going Jungfra on the next day do we still able to get the half fare fare?
