If we have Swiss travel passes, do we also need seat reservations to travel from Geneva to Lauterbrunen? How about from Bern to Zurich International Airport? Thanks.

You don't need reservations for the trips you mentioned. Seat reservations in Switzerland are only required for a few panoramic and international trains. Just hop on with your Swiss Travel Pass and that's all.
