Tipping for the Glacier Express meals?

I just booked our reservation and pre paid for the 4 course meal. We plan on bringing our own bottled water and not drink booze on the train. So we will not have a bill at the end of the trip. Since our meal is pre paid do you tip in cash or not tip at all if service was built into the price for the 4 course meal service?

Service charges are usually included in the final bill so there's really no need to tip.
