    Hi,

I have bought a 1st Class Swiss Travel Pass with Starting date of 29th May, but I reach Basel from Paris on 28th May, so for my travel from Basel to Lucerne will I need to buy a normal fare ticket or I can ask for some discount as my Swiss Travel Pass starts next day….

    Best Regards

    MK

    Hi MK,

You need a regular full fare ticket because you don’t have a valid pass for that day. Once your Swiss Travel Pass is valid you don’t need tickets.
