Travel form Prague to Zurich in Dec

I am traveling from Prague to Zurich on 17 Dec and would like to know how I can use my Swiss Flexi Pass to travel from Swiss border. Upto which station by bus or train should book in Prague and from where can I use my Swiss Pass to travel to Zurich.

Also to travel to swiss border which is cheaper Bus or Train

You can download the map from the Swiss Flexi Pass page and see from where your pass is valid. From that point on, you need a point to point ticket to Prague.

There are no long distance buses in Switzerland. It's all done by train, and regional bus service are available to reach towns without a train station. So in your case you would use the train.
