Change or cancel the Swiss Travel Pass

Swiss travel pass recently purchased can be

1. cancelled -what is the charge?

2. can be replaced by half fare card ? and the excess amount will be back?

3. can change the date?

Hi dipchat995,

You'd best check with the retailer you purchased from, but in general the following rules apply:

1. You'll get an 85% refund if you cancel. Your travel insurance may pay for the remaining amount of you cancel because of illness. You would have to check with them.

2. You can cancel and order a Swiss Half Fare Card instead.

3. You can cancel and order a Swiss Travel Pass for a different date. Your retailer might be able to change the date free of charge if they haven't issued the pass yet, but you would have to check with them.
