    Hello,

I see that there is a current promotion for Swiss Travel Pass holders to receive a total of 70% off of tickets to Pilatus. Going through the purchasing process, I ran into problems with delivery options. My husband and I are currently in Switzerland, and the only option for receiving the tickets is through mail… I was wondering if it would be possible to purchase the tickets at a train station. If so, at which station might I purchase it, and if I purchased it there, is it still possible to receive a discount due to the short turn around time that is required. Thank you!

    Hi Bkp1318,

This is a Rail Europe promotion geared to travelers who buy before their trip. It’s not available at rail stations. Unfortunately the only delivery option for these tickets is by mail. You can have them delivered to Switzerland if you order through http://www.raileurope-world.com/pass/swiss-peak-promo-7406, but it may take up to 8 business day to receive them.

Of course you do get the regular 50% discount as a Swiss Travel Pass holder.

    Have fun at Mount Pilatus!
