I am not able to activate my pass. When I fill in all required information it shows

Happy to hear it’s solved Mtnbugs! I assume you were trying to activate free travel days for your Swiss Travel Pass Flex (https://www.myswissalps.com/swisstravelpassflex/howtouse), or maybe the Regional-Pass Lake Geneva-Alps (http://www.myswissalps.com/regionalpasslakegeneva/howtouse)?

Your screenshot shows a circle around July 17 2021. Maybe you accidentally tried to activate that day, and since it’s in the past an error message would make sense. If not, I guess it was just a temporary system error. Anyway, you figured it out and you’re all set for traveling now. Enjoy your trips!
