Weather in September 2015?

What is the typical weather like in the last week of September in and around Interlaken?

What are the chances of excursions like Jungfraujoch, Titlis, Pilatus and Matterhorn not being availbale because of extreme weather conditions in this time frame (Sept 15-Sep 21)?

In general September is a good month to be in the Jungfrau region, with a fair chance of good weather, but of course there are no garantees. There's only a very small chance that none of your excursions will be possible because of extreme weather conditions.
