All trains in Switzerland…express or locals, are included in e Swiss Travel Pass. Do you have specific trains in mind? Mountain railways only have a discount.

It would help if you clarify what you mean by “express trains.” All throughout Switzerland there are express trains and local trains. For example, from Zürich to Bern, or Luzern to Bern.
Apparently, my comment that they are included with the STP was not sufficient. They also would be included with a “flex pass” – there are varieties of a “flex pass”, by the way – but the additional rules for a flex pass would constrain the timing vs. cost.
If by express trains, you mean the special scenic trains, such as the Glacier Express, The Wilhelm Tell Express, the Bernina Express, and other scenic trains that do not have the word “Express” in their name, this link may help:
