Where to buy a ticket from Prague to Basel?

Hi,my husband and I are travelling from Prague to Basel in October. Is the train the best way to go? If so,where would I buy the best tickets?

Welcome to MySwissAlps! I would take the train. But it takes all day (or night): at least 9 hours. So if you're in a hurry you could look into flights too. I think train tickets should be sold by most of the websites listed here.
