    Hi,

Firstly, thanks for running this website. Found it very helpful.

Basis of information i gathered on this website, I booked our Swiss Half Care Card from Klook today for travel starting 20th Aug.

At first after payment, i received their booking summary email in which all the 4 travellers name is mentioned CORRECTLY. However, when i received the electronic passes from them (attached), they have messed up the name of 1 traveller.

Please find the details in the screenshots.

ADULT 2 is Sarita Choudhary as mentioned in their booking summary but wrongly mentioned as choudhary choudhary in the travel pass.

What should i do as i’ve already booked several mountain excursions already.

Hi Ashesh007, welcome to MySwissAlps and happy to hear our website has been useful for you so far.

It seems there has been an unfortunate mistake when Klook processed your order. You can best contact them, explain what went wrong and add the same attachments you posted here. They should be able to get this fixed well in time before August 20. You can find Klook’s helpdesk here: http://www.klook.com/help-center/. Here’s more info on how to get in touch with their customer service: https://www.klook.com/faq/category-59-question-913.

I hope this will quickly get sorted. Let us know if you need further assistance!

Thanks Arno. I will write to them and get back on what happens.

In case, they fail to make modifications, you think Swiss authorities will take it into consideration if i produce proofs of their mistake or will i have to buy a new half fare card?

    Best Regards,

    Ashesh

    Hi Ashesh,

Officially the name on the pass has to match the name in the traveler’s passport (or similar travel document), and public transport personnel can check for this. So it’s best to have this fixed before traveling.

But in case it doesn’t work out, you can easily explain that there’s been a mistake and you can even provide the screenshot of your order confirmation, which contains the correct name. I can hardly imagine this will cause you any trouble.
