We’ll (my wife, my son (9 years old) and me) go to St. Moritz Bad (hotel near to Signal) from Zurich HB on 28 December 2014. We will return to Zurich Airport after staying 7 days. Can we use the Swiss Transfer Ticket? If the answer is yes we will pay an extra fee? Also where can I find family card for free child travel? Thanks for your advice…

Yes, the Swiss Transfer Ticket covers Zurich Airport to St. Moritz. You don’t have to pay anything extra. You can just board the train. All purchase options are listed here: http://www.myswissalps.com/swisstransferticket/price. The Swiss Family Card will be offered to you while ordering the Swiss Transfer Tickets.

Finally, may I ask one more thing.. On the first day from Zurich Airport to Zurich HB, second day from Zurich HB to St Moritz, eighth day from St Moritz to Zurich Airport. Is it possible to with tranfer ticket?

Hi vivaldi28.

In your proposal you split the inbound transfer across two days (airport – Zurich, Zurich – St. Moritz). That is not allowed. The trip needs to be completed in one day (see the Swiss Transfer Ticket page).

You can use the Swiss Transfer Ticket on day 2 to travel from Zurich HB to St. Moritz. On day 1, you can purchase a regular ticket for the short ride from the airport (10 minutes, see here). Also you can choose to stay in an airport hotel with free bus transfer to and from the hotel, and proceed the next day from the rail station of the airport. See here for suggested airport hotels and here for hotels in the city center.
