Suggestion for best fares for my family trip. Traveling with my wife, daughter, son-in-law, and their 2 children aged 3 and 1. Need to get from the Zurich aiport to Murren on Dec. 20. Planning on 2 side trips, Brienz and Interlaken and possibly Jungfraujoch. We will also be going to Piz Gloria. Returning to Zurich on Dec. 27 from Murren. Trying to estimate those expenses including cable cars.

    Hello kjlowry1, welcome to MySwissAlps.

Regular fares can be obtained through the timetable: enter your trip, pick a connection and click ‘Fare/Buy’. Apart from that, fares are listed at the official attraction websites. We provide links to such websites at our pages, such as our Jungfraujoch and Schilthorn pages.

For your plans, a Swiss Transfer Ticket Combi is the best option. It provides a free trip from Zurich Airport to Mürren and back, plus a 50% discount on trips in between. Please find details at myswissalps.com/swisst ransferticket and purchase options at myswissalps.com/swisst ransferticket/price. Make sure to select the ‘Combi’ variant from the drop-down list to find the appropriate fares. In your case, the cheapest option is to buy through http://www.raileurope-world.com.
