About the trail

If you feel like a good climb (800 m, 2,600 ft) and magificent views, then the trail from Wengen to Kleine Scheidegg is a good option. The first part of this route leads through the lovely car free village of Wengen. Quickly hereafter the path enters a forest and the first steep ascent begins. When you leave the forest, there is a splendid view of the Jungfrau after the curve. The last part runs parallel to the famous Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau. The end point of Kleine Scheidegg offers the opportunity to rest at one of the cafes, which offer again a great view of the mountains.
