1) Make sure everything matches exactly. It will fill the name field in for you if I remember, change it to match your card.
I’ve had a rejection before too. I used a different card. There was a security block on the card so I would contact your bank anyway. It sometimes comes from Visa/MasterCard and not your bank but they can tell you.

It is possible it is a bank issue but this isn’t an uncommon issue on the SBB website with foreign credit cards. Unfortunately at this time it is the only way to purchase the Saver Day Passes. If that card doesn’t work do you have another you could try?

I called the bank and credit card company and was told the rejections were from the merchant Ie sbb.ch. Is there a way to contact them? Thanks!

There is an online contact form at the bottom of their homepage: https://www.sbb.ch/en/ home.html but it is a system issue and I’m not sure if there is anything they can do/change to fix it immediately. I think the whole payment system needs updating – but you never know. 🙂 Do you have another card you could try?
