MySwissAlps.com features ads, commercial and non-commercial Swiss Travel Pass Flex: museum on travel day only?

I have purchased a 3 day Flexi pass, to be used on 3 random days. The pass is valid for one month. Am I restricted to using to free access to museums only on the 3 travel days or multiple times thro the month? The former would be very hard to do only only on travel days. Also bus tram short very trips – do these trigger a Travel Day?

Yes, for sure that is really the case with the STP Flex.
