Hi dear,
I will be travel to Switzerland from 2-10/11/18. My 15 years old kid will get the Swiss Family Card. Now, I am calculating my budget and I have the problem to find out which route need to buy ticket for my kid.
My route will be as below:
Zurich — Lucerne — Mt Pilatus — Stanserhorn — Interlaken — Lauterbrunnen — Kleine Scheidegg — Jungfraujoch — wengen –Stechelberg — Gimmelwald — Murren — Zermatt — Gornergrat — Bern — Zurich.

The Swiss Family Card is a free add-on for children of adults who buy the Swiss Travel Pass or Swiss Half Fare Card.
Once you have the Swiss Family Card your child travels free on all routes (even if you have to pay with your rail pass).

Normally I notice the term stated: With Junior Card and the Swiss Travel System family card, children up to 16 years, accompanied by a parent, travel for free. This means kid travel free, right?
How about the below routes:
Kleine Scheidegg — Jungfraujoch
Alpnachstad — Pilatus Kulm
Interlaken HarderBahm — Harder Kulm

As long as you as an adult are traveling with the Swiss Travel Pass or Swiss Half Fare Card, your children will travel for free at all times. That includes the routes you mentioned.
