What would be the easiest route to take from Zurich to Murren? Also, I would be interested in a easy walk. Thanks for the information.

Hi Mavy,
the SBB timetable shows always the fastest route. If you are not familiar with the timetable, please start here: http://www.myswissalps.com/timetable.
In this case, the easiest way to get to Zürich from Mürren is the following:

Does the half fare card give a discount on the Schildhorn? The site has a special with brunch for what seems like a good deal (considering the costs).I am trying to do this from the site, but it doesn’t allow me to use my half card fare. There is a check box for it but the price is different than the site cites…am I missing something? Probably! Would love some help here too. Thanks so much.
Hi Mavy,
Yes, with the Swiss Half Fare Card, you get discounted travel to Schilthorn. If you’re interested in the Brunch promo, you can book directly on the official Schilthorn webpage. Take note that there are price differences depending on the timings. Hope this addresses your concern. Let us know if you have more questions.
Regards,
Anna
