HappyRail is a website operated by the experienced Dutch train travel agency Treinreiswinkel. We started working with them in November 2016.
Questions about your pending order?
We do not have access to detailed information about orders you place. If you have placed an order and have a question about it, please e-mail HappyRail and include the following information:
- Your name, address, country and phone number;
- Your invoice number. If you don't have this, then include your order date/time and which products you ordered;
- Your departure date from home.
Please copy your message (cc) to email@example.com so that we are aware of your question and can help if necessary.
