I need advice on what type of train pass (or none) that would be best for the following:

3 adults traveling by rail from Zurich to Andermatt, then getting the Glacier Train to Zermatt. One day in Zermatt, using cog to visit Gornergrat and cable car to Rothorn.

The next day, train from Zermatt to Zurich.

Thank you for your help, Eileen

    Hi Eileen,

The best pass to cover those areas would be the Swiss Travel Pass. You can see what is included on this pass and where it is valid here. Some routes are only discounted however and reservations are extra (only needed on the Glacier Express train to Zermatt).

    Regards,
    Lucas
